On September 28, 2024, surrounded by the most incredible friends and family, I married my husband, David, at the beautiful Black Swan – Riverwalk venue in downtown Milwaukee. The day was everything we dreamed of — full of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.
One especially meaningful moment was wearing a traditional Japanese kimono that holds deep family significance. My grandmother originally made it for my mom, who wore it on her own wedding day. Being able to wear that same kimono felt like carrying a piece of my family’s history with me as I stepped into this new chapter. It was a beautiful reminder of the generations of love that came before us.
And of course, our sweet dog Ruger stole the show as our ring bearer! He trotted down the aisle with such pride, making everyone smile. It meant the world to have him be part of our ceremony.
From the heartfelt vows to the joyful celebration that followed, our wedding day was a reflection of everything we cherish: family, tradition, and the love we share. We’re so grateful to everyone who helped make it so special.
